In case you decide to cancel your membership, you can do it by logging in to your account at and going to Profile > Cancel Membership.

If you experience issues logging in, contact us at or call us at our toll-free number +31 10 311 1032 and we will cancel your membership for you.

An invoice is generated whenever we bill your credit card, and you can find it under "My Account > Orders".

Our charges are non-refundable, but after you cancel your subscription, we will never charge you again. We don’t have any long-term contracts, sign-up, lock-in, or termination fees. Pay monthly subscriptions as long as you are interested in using our services and cancel when you don’t want to use them anymore. For more details, check our Terms & Conditions.
